Built on Experience
Bison Group Ltd was founded by two experienced leaders with a combined 48 years of commercial and facilities management experience. Drawing on careers spanning operational delivery, strategic leadership and business ownership, the business is built on practical expertise, strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering structured, sustainable results.
Craig Bull
With 28 years’ experience in the facilities maintenance industry, Craig began his career as an apprentice electrician with Mitie in 1994 before progressing through a range of senior management roles across mobile and static contracts nationwide. He has held senior positions with organisations including Mitie, Kier, ISS and the University of Derby, working across major client accounts such as Lloyds Banking Group, Santander, UBS, RBS, the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and Rolls Royce, and playing a key role in tendering, mobilisation, transitions and ongoing account management.
Alison Bull
A senior operations and commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience building, leading and improving commercial strategies, procurement and support functions across a range of sectors including facilities maintenance, media, finance, rail and professional services. Known for a practical, people-focused approach combined with strong commercial awareness, delivering efficient, scalable operations that support sustainable growth and high performance.
